HPLC Purity: 98.46%
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1.0EU/µg of fragment 176-191
Storage:
REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE UPON RECEIPT.
Keep refrigerated after reconstitution.
Allow 24 hours for the peptide to settle before beginning your research.
All products contain sodium chloride for dilution.
Freeze-dried powder can be stored at -20 degree C for over a year. Reconstituted solution should be kept in the refrigerator at 2-8 degree C and used as early as possible. If the reconstituted solution is cloudy, should be put into the refrigerator and kept for 24 hours. After that, supernatant liquor is available.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and exposure to frequent for lyophilized powder or reconstituted vials.
Research Profile:
The Fragment is a modified form of amino acids 176-191 at the C-terminal region of growth hormone. It is a stabilized analogue of the growth hormone-releasing factor (GRF) that induces growth hormone (GH) in a specific and physiological manner.
In laboratory tests on fat cells from rodents, pigs and dogs. The Fragment released fat specifically from obese fat cells but not from lean ones, reduced new fat accumulation in all fat cells, enhanced the burning of fat. In rodents (rats and mice), fragment 176-191 reduced body fat in obese animals but, enhanced fat burning without changing food consumption or inducing growth (as it does not increase IGF levels).
Thusly, G.H. Fragment 176-191 exhibits the ability to burn through stubborn adipose tissue, while increasing energy expenditure, muscle mass, and fat oxidation
