Status and Explanation:
CJC-1295, there is a Lysine "linker" with along with the Maleimodoproprionic acid (DAC complex). It is difficult to produce and expensive to make. The stability of real CJC-1295 is very weak, it’s not easy to keep or ship. As a result it could be cost-prohibitive to research extensively.
CJC1295 (modified) without DAC is stable enough and easy to be researched. The bioactivity is also remarkable. This research has VALUABLE SIGNIFICANCE.

Research Profile:
Modified CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a tetrasubtituted peptide of 29 amino acid length and a long acting GHRH analog, primarily functioning as a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog.
Various experiments have been conducted to test the effectiveness of modified CJC-1295 (without DAC) in vivo and the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism has reported dose-dependent increases in mean plasma GH concentrations by 2-10 fold for more than 6 days and increased IGF-1 concentrations 1.5-3 fold for 9-11 days.
The active portion of this GRF or GHRH peptide can be found as a 29 amino acid long peptide. Growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), also known as growth-hormone-releasing factor (GRF or GHRF) or somatocrinin, is a 44-amino acid peptide hormone produced in the hypothalamus by the arcuate nucleus. GHRH stimulates growth hormone (GH) secretion from the pituitary. GHRH is released in a pulsatile manner, stimulating pulsatile release of GH respectively.
This research profile is only for reference. Reviewers should make sure of the bioactivity, half-life or the length of the studies differences between real CJC-1295 and modified CJC-1295 in advance. |
